APPLICATION
The surface of the coating is specially treated, which is environmentally friendly. Screws comply with the corrosion resistance requirements of Australian Standard AS3566.2(2002) as follows:
- 2.000 hrs of neutral salt Spray test – AS 2331.3.1.
- 2.000 hrs of U.V condensation test – ASTM G154.
- 1.000 hrs of humidity test – ASTM D2247.
- 15 cycles of sulfur dioxide test – DIN 50018.
- Plus, 2.000 hrs of neutral salt spray test according to Japanese Industrial Standard JIS 237NO5.
FEATURE OF THE THREAD UNDER THE SCREW HEAD
On fastening the screw, the thread under the head bring the roof upwards while the washer pushes the roof downwards. The upward pressure made by the thread under the head may straighten or even push back the burr made on the initial drilling and prevent from leaking. Other advantages of the thread under the head :
- Prevents roof from bending down when walking on the roof.
- Gives you a clea signal of fastening up to stop drilling.
- Controls over-fastening.
Bonded washer with a diameter of 19mm, a thickness of 3mm has an effective anti-leaking effect.
Improved drill bits help you reduce costs and shorten construction time.
- The thick of washer prevents the screw rim from breaking.
- Wide washer increases the ability to grip the washer better than other products.
The underside of the rim has a concave so that the washer is gripped tighter, thereby better anti-leakage.
The high hexagonal head enhances connection with the connector, thereby increasing construction productivity.
